This privacy notice explains which personal data EiraSync processes when you use our website, join the early-access waitlist, or use our service.
Vault contents are transmitted end-to-end encrypted. The sync server processes and stores ciphertext only. Decryption keys stay on your devices (zero-knowledge design of the Obsidian LiveSync plugin).

2. Data we process
a) Website visit (server logs) When you open our site, your browser sends technical data to our server, including:
- IP address
- Date and time of the request
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL (if any)
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
b) Waitlist / account Email address and related account metadata (e.g. via Supabase Auth) when you sign up or join the waitlist.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract / pre-contract) and/or Art. 6(1)(a) (consent for waitlist).
c) Sync data plane Encrypted vault documents on Hetzner (Germany). We cannot read note plaintext.
3. Processors & hosting
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — sync data plane
- Supabase (EU / Frankfurt) — auth and control-plane metadata
- Polar — checkout / merchant of record for subscriptions
- Cloudflare — CDN / edge delivery for the web app
4. Your rights
