Right of Withdrawal Information

For the purchase of EiraSync subscriptions, Paddle.com acts as our online reseller and "Merchant of Record". Paddle is your contracting partner for the purchase of the subscription and payment processing.

As a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or the European Economic Area (EEA), you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Since Paddle is your contracting partner for the purchase, the legal information relevant to your purchase is provided to you during the Paddle checkout process and in your order confirmation email.

Please note that EiraSync is a digital service. To the extent provided by law and provided the legal requirements are met, the statutory right of withdrawal expires prematurely if you expressly agree during the checkout process that the provision of the service begins before the withdrawal period expires, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. The legally required consent for the early commencement of the service is obtained during the order process.
